The NCAC aims to promote a culture of arbitration and mediation in the country and to enhance the business environment and legal certainty.

Mrs. Khieu is one of the leading lawyers in Cambodia, with over 20 years of practice in various areas of law, such as corporate, banking, real estate, intellectual property, labor, and litigation. She has also been involved in several high-profile arbitration and mediation cases, both as counsel and as arbitrator or mediator.

As a registered mediator at the NCAC, Mrs. Khieu will be able to assist parties in resolving their disputes amicably and efficiently, without resorting to lengthy and costly court proceedings.
