Mealy Khieu approved as a registered Mediator at NCAC

We are pleased to announce that our senior partner, Mrs. Mealy Khieu, has been approved for a registered mediator at the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) of Cambodia. This is a great achievement and recognition of her expertise and experience in dispute resolution.

The NCAC is an independent and impartial institution that provides alternative dispute resolution services, such as arbitration and mediation, for commercial disputes in Cambodia. The NCAC aims to promote a culture of arbitration and mediation in the country and to enhance the business environment and legal certainty.

Mrs. Khieu is one of the leading lawyers in Cambodia, with over 20 years of practice in various areas of law, such as corporate, banking, real estate, intellectual property, labor, and litigation. She has also been involved in several high-profile arbitration and mediation cases, both as counsel and as arbitrator or mediator.

As a registered mediator at the NCAC, Mrs. Khieu will be able to assist parties in resolving their disputes amicably and efficiently, without resorting to lengthy and costly court proceedings. We are proud of Mrs. Khieu’s achievement, and we congratulate her on this milestone. We are confident that she will continue to provide excellent service and representation to our clients and to contribute to the development of arbitration and mediation in Cambodia.
