Experience

Vinary worked as a paralegal with the IP team and assisted IP lead lawyers since mid-2019 before she became an associate in 2021 at SokSiphana&associates. She has thorough experience with drafting legal arguments and has handled many cases pertaining to trademark registration, responding to the office action, filing affidavits of use or non-use, checking renewal deadlines, advising on options to overcome trademark rejection, negotiating with mark owners, and many more.

She has also been involved with many IP seminars both virtually and physically. Vinary strives to maintain a strong relationship with her clients, both local and international, who speak highly of her attention to detail and work ethic.

Career

Upon the completion of her bachelor’s degree, Vinary joint SokSiphana&associates as a paralegal and has continued until now as an associate.

• Bachelor of Arts and Social Science majoring in International Relations (2020)
