Our Founding Partner Dr. SOK Siphana is invited to be a guest lecturer for the ASEAN Business & Investment Law Training Course at the Faculty of Law of the Chulalongkorn University of Thailand. 

Dr. SOK will be giving a lecture on two trending topics: Introduction to the court system of Cambodia, and Business and Investment Laws in Cambodia. 

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact countries worldwide, Cambodia is working towards economic recovery by attracting more investments into the country.  

Moreover, with the enactment of the new Investment Law that provides further incentives for investors, and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) recently coming into effect, Cambodia is in a prime position to take advantage of the new trade and investment dynamics.  

The event will take place on Thursday, 23rd March 2023, from 17:00 – 20:00 (GMT+7) at the Faculty of Law at the Chulalongkorn University of Thailand.
