Zaid Ibrahim & Co. Bolsters Litigation Practice with New Partner Hires
Zaid Ibrahim & Co. (a member of ZICO Law) welcomes Alvin Julian and Jeyakuhan S K Jeyasingam who join the firm’s Kuala Lumpur office as partners of the litigation and dispute resolution practice.
Alvin Julian brings over 25 years of experience as a litigator and has appeared before all levels of court and alternative dispute resolution forum in Malaysia. Alvin has extensive experience advising local and foreign clients on various matters including anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, civil litigation, corporate and commercial litigation, regulatory compliance and enforcement, insider trading and financial regulations and securities legislation. Alvin has been noted by legal publications such as the Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a leading lawyer in dispute resolution.
Jeyakuhan Jeyasingam has over 21 years of experience in commercial litigation services for disputes in stratified and landed property concerning common property, facility management, real estate acquisition, sales and leasing sectors. In addition, Jeyakuhan has also advised a wide range of clients from an array of industry sectors on corporate law documentation for major international projects. Jeyakuhan is also a frequent speaker and panellist on topics relating to land and building laws and has contributed articles to various publications on the subject of property management.
