SokSiphana&associates assists in USD130 million loan facility
ACLEDA Bank Plc. announced that the CHINA DEVELOPMENT BANK (CDB), the world’s largest development finance institution, signed a USD 130 million Long-Term Facility Agreement with the Bank.
With this facility from CDB, the Bank expects to reach out to at least other 5,000 small and medium enterprises. As ACLEDA Bank is the main bank supporting the development of SMEs in Cambodia, CDB firmly believes that this credit cooperation will help more Cambodian SMEs to fight the epidemic and resume production, and will have a positive impact in promoting Cambodia’s economic recovery.
SokSiphana&associates acted for China Development Bank Guangxi Branch in reviewing the Facility Agreement from a Cambodian legal perspective as well as providing confirmation on the conditions for the facility drawdown.
