It is with great delight that we, SOK SIPHANA & ASSOCIATES, inform you that our Managing Partner, Matthew Rendall, will be teaching ‘Cambodia’s Legal Theory and Practice’ to the first-year master’s students at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) Phnom Penh as a component of the ELBML (English Language Based Master of Law) Program. 

He has devoted a substantial portion of his early career in Cambodia to making remarkable contributions to the legal development and education sector. He taught several courses in the ELBBL Program during the mid 90’s when the program was first introduced. He has also authored various texts on Cambodian Labour Law, property law and contract law. 

Beyond corporate advisory, it has been a consistent aspiration of our Partners to impart legal courses to university students. This demonstrates that the philosophy of our firm to mentor the young generation of Cambodia has been deeply ingrained in our firm since its inception.
