Us Too? Bullying and Sexual Harassment in the Legal Profession

18 November 2019 | 12:00pm - 2:00pm Zaid Ibrahim & Co. Office, Menara Milenium, Kuala Lumpur

Having read the International Bar Association’s report “Us Too? Bullying and Sexual Harassment in the Legal Profession”, ZICO Law was troubled by its findings. The report interviewed nearly 7,000 legal professionals from across 135 countries and found that:

  • Bullying is widespread, across all types of legal workplaces
  • 1 in 2 women and 1 in 3 men have been bullied
  • 1 in 3 women and 1 in 14 have been sexually harassed

How do we tackle this pervasive issue at our respective offices? Join us for our upcoming roundtable discussion that will confront the legal profession’s problem with bullying and sexual harassment and a culture of increasing levels of stress and anxiety.
