Sunita S. Sothi, partner of Zaid Ibrahim & Co. (a member of ZICO Law) will be participating in this Malaysian property centric event that aims to provide key insights into to why Malaysia is still the a country of choice for property investment in the South East Asia Region.

With her topic entitled ‘Diving In: A foreigner’s guide to Malaysian property purchase’, Sunita will be speaking on the second day of the event and will share some key points to note when acquiring property in Malaysia. With an added emphasis on Johor Bharu, Kuala Lumpur and Penang, Sunita will also take a closer look at recent changes in law and policy that provide additional protection and security to foreign investors.
