On Saturday, 22 December 2018, SokSiphana&associates (a member of ZICO Law) hosted a seminar titled “Legal Aspects of Doing Business in Cambodia” exclusively for the Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association (CWEA), which represents more than 500 women leaders in business. Women entrepreneurs are highly influential and have the fastest growing impact on the employment and economy of the country.

As Cambodia’s legal regime strengthens, business operators must comply with its laws and regulations. Consequently, corporate compliance becomes more and more significant especially for emerging entrepreneurs.
