Dr Aida Othman, Partner at ZICO Law Malaysia and Managing Director of ZICO Shariah Advisory will speaking on the topic of “Shariah Matrimonial Rights in Malaysia” at the Matrimonial Rights in Malaysia – Planning and Taxation seminar, organised by STEP Malaysia.
Dr Aida will be introducing the application of Shariah Law and the role of its courts in Malaysia. She will also be sharing the rights of spouses and children in a Shariah marriage and divorce.
