ZICO Law Indonesia together with PT Aon Indonesia will be co-hosting the ‘Indonesia Infrastructure Development Project’ seminar at the Financial Club Jakarta, Indonesia.

The seminar will feature Afriyan Rachmad, Partner of Roosdiono & Partners (a member of ZICO Law) who will be sharing a presentation on the Legal Aspect in Infrastructure and Projects Agreement in Indonesia. The presentation aims to shed light on the legal framework involved in Indonesian infrastructure and development as well as provide a better understanding of the regulatory requirements and challenges that one may face.

In recent years, the Indonesian government has shown its commitment to push for infrastructure development in the country in effort to boost its economic development. As part of the initiative, the President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, has collaborated with the Japanese government to work on infrastructure projects in Indonesia with the aim of increasing cooperation between both countries and spur on Indonesian infrastructure development.
