Experience

Seyha is a registered attorney-at-law with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. With over 6 years of experience in the field of litigation and arbitration, Seyha has developed a diverse practice that includes banking litigation, corporate and commercial litigation, family law, criminal and civil litigation, and real estate disputes. Seyha has a deep understanding of the local laws and regulations.

Career

Seyha has a strong legal background, having worked as a legal assistant at a local law firm and as an assistant to the president of a provincial first-instance court before joining SOK SIPHANA & ASSOCIATES. Seyha’s experience has given him extensive knowledge of court procedures, which he brings to his current practice.

During his time in law school, he was awarded Best Oralist twice in an annual International Commercial Arbitration Moot competition and represented his school in international rounds held in Hong Kong and Austria.

• Attorney-at-law registered with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
• LLB at the Royal University of Law and Economic, Cambodia.
• LLM in International Business Law at the Université libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) and Royal University of Law and Economic (Cambodia).
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Paragon International University, Cambodia.
