Experience

Rosette works primarily in the Project Finance practice group. She has experience in drafting and reviewing various forms of commercial agreements, including facility agreements, lease agreements and security release agreements.

She has drafted legal advice for clients on local regulatory frameworks relating to foreign exchange control regulations, credit reporting, fund management, architectural licensing, strata titles, and secured transactions. She has also assisted in an arbitration case to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in relation to a construction dispute.

Career

Rosette worked at SOK SIPHANA & ASSOCIATES in 2018 as a paralegal in the Real Estate practice group before attending law school. Before re-joining the firm in 2021, Rosette worked part-time as a paralegal in the Corporate Markets & Financial Services team at Baker McKenzie (Sydney). She was a summer intern at HongKong Land (Premium Investments) Limited in 2017 and Vattanac Investment Capital in 2015. Rosette is currently working towards admission as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
