Experience

Panharith is an Associate at SOK SIPHANA & ASSOCIATES. He concurrently assists Licensing and Compliance Practice Group and Arbitration and Litigation Practice Group.

Panharith has assisted different companies in acquiring their operation licenses from different Regulators. He also advises on compliance matters concerning the conduct of business ranging from Energy Companies to Banks. Besides, he also assists in arbitration and court proceeding concerning commercial disputes.

Career

Before joining SOK SIPHANA & ASSOCIATES, Panharith was a Legal Assistant at a local firm. He joined SOK SIPHANA & ASSOCIATES in June 2021.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (English Language Based Program), Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia, 2021.
• Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations (English Language Based Program), Paragon International University, Cambodia, 2020.
