Experience

Meanfong is an Associate at SOK SIPHANA & ASSOCIATES. He is a registered lawyer with the Bar Association of Cambodia. Since his admission to the Bar, Meanfong has been involved in handling diverse legal aspects, including civil and criminal litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and commercial cases, providing support and representation for clients in need.

Career

Prior to joining the Bar Association of Cambodia, he gained experience working in a law office as a legal advisor. His responsibilities included assisting lawyers in both litigation and corporate settings by drafting and preparing legal documents such as consultations, complaints, statements, agreements, contracts, and other relevant materials essential for legal matters. Before joining SOK SIPHANA & ASSOCIATES, Meanfong was a Lawyer in a local firm. He joined the firm in 2023.

• Attorney-at-law registered with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (2023).
• Certificate of Legal Mark Agent, Ministry of Commerce (2023).
• Lawyer Training Center of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC) (2022-2023).
• Bachelor of Education (TEFL), Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL), Royal University of Phnom Penh (2018-2022).
• Bachelor of Law, Royal University of Law and Economics (2016-2020).
