Experience

Phirum is a Partner and Head of Litigation at SokSiphana&associates. He is a registered lawyer at the Bar Association of Cambodia.

Phirum has extensive experience in, among other, commercial laws, real estate, finance and banking. Phirum is especially skillful in communication and liaising with the Cambodian Government Officials, state agencies and banks. With many years of experience, he has represented and advised various MNCs and financial institutions on licensing, corporate compliance and market entry.

Career

Phirum joined the firm in 1998 as paralegal and gradually promoted as a Senior Associate. In 2023, he was promoted to Partner and Head of Litigation.

• Bachelor of Laws, Royal University of Laws and Economics, (2006)
• Admitted to the Bar Association of Cambodia
