We would like to congratulate our team, led by Daron Wong (Partner, Head of Projects), who acted as the Cambodian local counsel for Li & Fung in MAERSK’s acquisition of LF Logistics. 

The deal spanned 40 entities across 18 jurisdictions and was recently named M&A Deal of the Year at the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2023.  

The publicly reported value of the deal amounted to USD 3.6 billion.
