Paralegal

Job responsibilities:

• Provide transactional and other legal support to the Associate(s) and Lawyer(s) in Banking Practice;
• Prepare loan and other legal documentation and conduct comprehensive legal research work;
• Communicate with the banker(s), borrower(s) and consult and liaise with relevant authorities where necessary;
• Translate documents between English and Khmer;
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

• 4-year undergraduate degree in law;
• Good computer literacy;
• Professional attitude and ability to exercise judgment and adhere to policies and guidelines;
• Highly proficient in English and Khmer with excellent interpersonal, oral and writing communication skills;
• Detail oriented and well organized;
• Ability to work with the team and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure.
