Best Claimant Written Memorial Award
SOK SIPHANA & ASSOCIATE is honored to announce and congratulate the winners of the NCAC 3rd Annual Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition.
The “Best Claimant Written Memorial” was awarded to the claimant team, which comprised:
- Mr. Prum Sopheareach
- Ms. Lean Pheanu Raingsey
- Ms. Hout Sreypich
Under the guidance of their coach, Mr. Ly Meanfong, the team received a scholarship fund of Eight Million Riels (KHR 8,000,000).
The NCAC 3rd Annual Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition 2023 is a commercial arbitration moot, which aims to promote the use of arbitration mechanism for commercial dispute settlement in the Kingdom of Cambodia. This Moot Competition will be conducted in Khmer language under Cambodian laws and 2021 NCAC Arbitration Rules.
