Soromnear is a member of the Banking and Finance, Corporate and Commercial, and Arbitration practice group. Her experience ranges from advising clients on laws and regulations applicable to project financing deals and banking services to drafting commercial agreements, and conducting due diligence review on local companies (including ones for the purpose of listing in a foreign stock exchange). She has also assisted with several commercial arbitration disputes at the National Commercial Arbitration Centre.
In addition, she has drafted legal advice for clients on a wide range of issues including employment & workplace safety regulations as well as the local regulatory framework relating to securities, architectural, telecommunications and digital payment services.
Prior to joining the firm, Soromnear had worked in the Ministry of Women’s Affairs as the Assistant to the Minister for two years and had interned and volunteered in various local NGOs and associations. She joined SokSiphana&associates in March 2017.
