On 25 July 2019, our Senior Partner Matthew Rendall was invited to give a keynote speech to the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC) on the legal aspects of doing business in Cambodia as well as key legal updates to the association. The seminar was held in Siem Reap and attended by local YEAC members.

Laws and regulations on business is a topic that is still fresh in the minds of young entrepreneurs, especially those who are establishing start-ups or are managing a growing business. This seminar was a great opportunity for them to learn more about the law, ensure their business is compliant, and clarify any confusion they may have had. On top of legal updates, participants were also engaged in a panel discussion on how to resolve financial issues by financial sector experts as well.

We would like to thank YEAC for organizing this seminar. We hope that these young entrepreneurs will use this information to improve and instil best practices within their business.
