On Friday, March 15, Dr Sok Siphana, Managing Partner at SokSiphana&associates (a member of ZICO Law), moderated a panel discussion on “ASEAN Roadmap to Industry 4.0” at Digital Cambodia 2019 hosted by National Institute of Posts, Telecommunications and ICT (NIPTICT).

The German Government introduced the concept of Industry 4.0 in 2011, also known as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, as a smart manufacturing system that aims to improve the efficiency of product transactions with artificial intelligence (AI).

Digital Cambodia 2019 is the leading ICT expo in the nation, focusing on the new vision of The Royal Government of Cambodia to develop a knowledge-based economy for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. At the event, there were more than 100+ speakers from various industries including the government, ASEAN ICT ministers, and CEOs locally and regionally showcased and shared their perspectives on the latest advancement of digitalisation.
